Bob Gunia
, senior vice president and assistant secretary for Physicians Mutual Insurance Company. He also oversees the Public Affairs Group at Physicians Mutual, responsible for government relations, compliance, public relations, corporate communications, brand management and creative development of marketing materials. Before he joined Physicians Mutual in 1997, Gunia was director of development and alumni relations at Creighton Preparatory School. Gunia also has a long history of community involvement, including active support of the United Way of the Midlands and the Better Business Bureau. He is a team member/presenter for the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) class at his church, St. Thomas More parish.

Cerny was most recently a department chair for the programs of business, legal, and IT at Kaplan University as well as a full time business professor. Prior to that he worked in contractual risk management for Peter Kiewit Sons, Inc. Cerny obtained his graduate degree from the Werner Institute for Negotiation and Dispute Resolution at Creighton University's School of Law. Cernyis an avid outdoorsman and he and his wife, Kellie, have three children — Hannah, Adalyn, and Cameron.

Transportation engineering and environmental compliance firm Felsburg Holt & Ullevig (FHU) introduces Dave Lampe, PE, CFM, LEED AP as a water resources and sustainability engineer.
Lampe will assist FHU clients with watershed planning and storm-water management, stream restoration and stabilization, stormwater best management practices, environmental regulatory issues, and sustainability planning and design.
Throughout his 17-year career Lampe has taken on project management responsibilities and led as senior design engineer on a variety of public infrastructure, land development, and water quality projects.
Recent work includes serving as compliance coordinator on the Project Management Team for the City of Omaha's $1.7 billion Combined Sewer Overflow projects and as senior design engineer on the stabilization of Hell Creek at the Harrison Street Bridge for Douglas County and its partners.

has been appointed vice president and chief financial officer for CoSentry, an industry leader in cloud computing and advanced data center operations. He will have responsibility for financial operations, strategy, and planning, general operational effectiveness and investment management.
Polcyn has a distinguished background in finance and accounting and significant experience in technology and business infrastructure.
Polcyn joins the firm from York Label where he served as chief financial officer for the last 5 years. During that time he managed all aspects of the company's financial operations and led a successful business unit within the company. Prior to York Label Polcyn held similar positions with Workflow One and DST Output. He also spent 19 years in business and financial roles with Moore Corp., a Fortune International 500 company prior to its acquisition by RR Donnelly.
Polcyn is a CPA with a BBA degree in accounting from St. Bonaventure (NY) and an MBA in finance from University of North Texas. He has served on the board of directors of several companies including high tech organizations and international groups.
