Randall R. Lenhoff, president and CEO of Seldin Co. today announced that Kevin T. Rhodes, CCIM, has joined the firm as senior vice president commercial real estate services to lead its expanding Commercial Real Estate Services division. He will be responsible for the operations of the Commercial Real Estate division including sales, leasing, and management of retail and office properties. He has extensive experience in commercial real estate in the Midwest. A native of the Lincoln area, he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1974 from the University of Iowa, and a certificate of real estate and land use rconomics from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1975. Rhodes has been a licensed real estate Nebraska broker since 1975; a member of the National Association of Realtors since 1977; has been a member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute (CCIM) since 1979 and earned the CCIM designation in 1985. He served as president of the Lincoln Board of Realtors in 1992, president of the Nebraska Realtors Association in 1996, and has been active in many other realtor local, state, and national committees. From 1977 to 2000 Rhodes was president, stockholder, and a member of the Mega Corp. of Lincoln, involved in commercial real estate brokerage, management and development. From 2000 to 2008 he served as director of real estate for Cabela's when the company began expanding its retail stores throughout the United States. During which time he was responsible for the acquisition of sites, negotiation of incentives with local communities and states, and directing the sales of out parcels on sites for 22 stores throughout the Midwest, East Coast, and Texas. Most recently, he was an associate broker with Perry Reid Properties in Lincoln, consulting on various real estate projects and responsible for the management of the Landmark Corporate Center in Lincoln. He has been active in Lincoln community affairs, past president of the Lincoln Cosmopolitan Club, Chairman of the YWCA Financial Advisory Committee, and active in local Boy Scouts of America. The Seldin Co., established in 1923, is a full service diversified real estate asset management company specializing in multi-family and commercial real estate brokerage, development and management. It is responsible for leasing and management of over 1.4 million square feet of commercial retail and office space and more than 7,000 apartments in Nebraska, Iowa and adjoining Midwest states.

SolutionOne employees collected food items for the Food Bank for the Heartland in support of the 2010 food drive. Employees competed for the 1st place recognition which was awarded to the team that raised the most contributions from July 12 through 22. The losing team cooked lunch for the winning team. The Food Bank for the Heartland's mission is to eliminate hunger in Nebraska and western Iowa through community collaboration and making the best possible use of all available resources. Myhre is going into her tenth year in the real estate business, all of those with CBSHOME. Rachael Lee has been promoted to assistant vice president. She has been with American National and Peoples National Bank for 16 years. She currently manages the customer service call center and serves on many corporate and retail committees. Prior to moving to the American National customer service group, she worked in bookkeeping. Lee is secretary and treasurer of Holiday Horsepower Drive, which benefits Children's Hospital, and she also coaches two softball teams through Council Bluffs Parks & Recreation. Jason Brett, assistant vice president, has joined the newly formed specialty lending group at American National Bank. This group focuses on the transportation, heavy construction and manufacturing industries to assist in their equipment financing needs. Brett began his career with American National Bank in 2003 and was most recently a commercial lending officer at the American National Bank Papillion location. He serves on the Sarpy County Chamber of Commerce and YMCA boards. American National Bank and Peoples National Bank congratulate Rachael Lee and Jason Brett on their new positions. Deloitte & Touche LLP announced today the admission of a new partner in its Omaha office. Dan Kinsella was admitted to the partnership of Deloitte & Touche LLP. He has 13 years of professional services experience and helps lead Deloitte's advisory professionals in Nebraska and Iowa. Kinsella has experience serving a broad range of clients in a variety of industries. He has been a local and national presenter and been published on topics including risk intelligence, fraud, and technology and control integration. Kinsella is a certified public accountant and a certified information systems auditor. Kinsella is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Nebraska Society of Public Accountants.
