Omaha lines up for free crab
By Sarah Baker Hansen
WORLD-HERALD STAFF WRITER

On Sunday night -- 26 hours before it opened -- the first Omahan was sitting in front of Joe's Crab Shack.

The restaurant opens today, and a photo on the restaurant's Facebook page this morning showed a line meandering around the building.

The first 100 locals in that line will get free crab for a year.

Events all day long -- live music, giveaways and drawings for free crab -- mark the Crab Shack's opening day.

The restaurant is located at 701 N. 102nd St.
