A 20-month-old child died Thursday after being being found unresponsive at the College of St. Mary.
The toddler was found at Walsh Hall about 7:30 a.m. and taken to Bergan Mercy Medical Center, said Officer Michael Pecha, a police spokesman.
The child lived on campus with its mother. A college spokeswoman said it is believed the toddler died of natural causes.
Pecha said the death remains under investigation. — Roseann Moring
