This year's Perspectives series aims to help you through all the stages of your life, from youth to your senior years.

Our first section, Getting Started, is for teens and twentysomethings. You'll discover why it's important to start saving money now, what college can do for you (and how not to run up student loan debt), how to eat right and how to find time to work out.

Our second section, Family and Career, focuses on the middle years, those often dominated by your family and your job. You'll learn ways to help your kids do well in school, to fund your retirement, to find the right home and furnish it, and to work in workout time.

Pick up your own copy of our annual Perspectives special sections with your Sunday newspaper on Jan. 29, Feb. 5 and Feb. 12, or call 402-444-1419.

The sections are your guide to what you need to know regarding your health, finances and education throughout the stages of your life. Our upcoming sections:

Jan. 29: Getting Started, focusing on teens and twenty-somethings.

Feb. 5: Family and Career, aimed at people in midlife.

Feb. 12: Reaping the Rewards, geared toward retirees and empty nesters.
