CEDAR FALLS, Iowa — The University of Nebraska at Omaha track and field team had to event.
winners Saturday at Northern Iowa's Jack Jennett Invitational.
Sami Spenner won the triple jump with a personal-best mark of 39 feet, 10½ inches — 9½ inches farther than her previous best.
Amanda Vorthmann won the 3,000 meters with a personal-best time of 10 minutes, 6.62 seconds — almost 13 seconds faster than her previous career best.
