The Huskers fell behind 8-0, 16-6 and 27-15. Christian Standhardinger provided a spark for NU off the bench with seven points, helping NU close to 33-28.
But in the final 12 seconds, NU guard Lance Jeter had a shot blocked and Aggie guard Donald Sloan hit a 3 with seven seconds to go.
