    Creighton's Tara Oltman has been named the Missouri Valley Conference pitcher of the week for the second time this season.

    The right-hander went 3-0 with a 0.39 ERA in three appearances at the Wilson-DeMarini Invitational in Tempe, Ariz., last weekend. The senior was dominant, allowing 13 hits and one run, while striking out 24 in 18 innings of work.

    Oltman (7-2) and the Bluejays (9-4) return to action Tuesday, when they play a make-up game with No. 9 Arizona State at 5:30 p.m. CST.
